1. Project Cost Control
Responsibility :
Develop the work breakdown and coding structures
Develop the project program and establish project control budgets
Assure and control the completion & quality of Project Control activities
Monitor, control and report on exposure commitment, expenditure, and project progress
Assist Superior to manage the Project Control team allocate work
Implementation for all Project Control system (software) to integrate with SAP
Forecast the use of project financial resources and identify variation order if any
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines, Mining Engineering will be preferable
Minimum more than 4 years experiences as Cost Controller Project Control in mineral mining industry
Familiar and fluent with project control programs such as Dbase, SAP, etc.
Good analytical thinking
Contract awareness.

2. Operation Excellence Engineer
Responsibility :
Implementation Petrosea standard Operational Excellent as Mining Operation best practises
Analysis of operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS and etc.) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution which can be delivered to the project.
Work in a team and set up benchmarking criteria by which improvements can be measured.
Develop and follow a specific method / discipline to measure the gap between current process capabilities with the project’s goals.
Establish necessary systems to maintain the improvements, and based on the results continuously adjusts the project strategic action plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical or Industrial.
At least 2 years working experience in open cut mining operations.
Strong computer skills, preference is competent using statistical software application such as MINITAB.
Strong on analytical (multi variance data) skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong reporting and technical writing.
Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and lead change.

3. Dispatch Engineer – FMS
Responsibility:
Undertake daily management of mine production information every shift and reporting systems.
Maintain and update Fleet Management System based on mining progress.
Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities an effective Fleet Management System and coordination with operation to achieve and improve production and productivity target.
Analyse and investigate reasons for failure to comply with productivity target and dispatch instructions by operator or shift supervision and report all findings to supervisor operation in order to have appropriate solution.
Requirements:
Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
Min 2 (two) years experience as a Mining Engineer or Foreman/Supervisor especially with experience running
Fleet Management System.
Good understanding of Mining Business Processes.
Strong reporting and technical writing.
Good customer service and team work.
